Once you have contracted Capita Security as your key holder, we will ensure all keys and codes are signed for and sealed in a one of a kind key security wallet. This seal will only be broken if we are called to attend an incident at your premises. We are all fully insured. We send a proof of insurance at the commencement of our contract.In the event of alarm activation, we will attend to your premises in your absence and deal with all alarm issues, taking the steps required to re-secure your premises in the event of a break-in or criminal damage. We also liaise with the Police to provide you with a report for your insurance company and keep you up-to-date at all times.
